An excerpt from the myth of Pangu:
"His breath became the wind and clouds
His voice became peals of thunder.
His left eye became the sun, his right eye the moon
His flesh became fields and land
His hair and beard became the stars
All the mites on his body were touched by the wind
and were turned into the black haired people."
The piece below is based on the Chinese creation myth of Pangu (盘古), a primordial being who created the world.
